as i reminisce about today
excited by the love i feel
a chosen destiny of life
spiritually gives a thrill
to know eternity awaits my soul
i’m happy to live this way
thrice daily kisses sent skyward
when i bow in reverence to pray

because i know God hears me…
because i know He cares…
